First off feature of the combo is that it declutters the PC Space and has a single nano USB receiver for both the Mouse & Keyboard. The range claimed is 10m assuming there are no obstructions. The Nano USB receiver can be placed in both the keyboard and mouse, meaning if a person wants to take only the mouse or only the keyboard with them, there is a slot for the nano receiver in both the keyboard and Mouse.
